Can't wait to go back, the hotel was clean, and location in the centre of the city was favourable and incredible.

Well, the area was quite uncomfortable overall.

Great looking and stylish hotel, our stay was real good.

We had the family room which was fully-equipped.

Everything was perfect and rooms were contemporary and fashionable. The restaurant was nice with many different cuisines here, I had hot dishes. The large bathroom with a shower, hairdryers, and bath sheets.

Very pleasant stuff provides an impeccable service.

Pleasant hotel with excellent wi-fi, the location is wonderful in the centre right on the exchange square. The room is well-equipped and brand-new and there are great views of the cathedral. The staff are fabulously helpful, managed the parking onsite. They have variety of meals to choose from, the food is great.

Immaculate cleanliness standards offset the difficulty in locating parking at night.

Spacious room, modern amenities, including a microwave and fridge in the kitchen area, complemented by a fantastic location just a short walk from the tram station for easy exploration of the city.

Fantastic location and service!

Had such a great time! The location is super central, especially Elisabeth and her son Martim, were beyond helpful. We ended up staying an extra night coz we loved it so much. Just wish the room temp was better. It was kinda hot in there. The breakfast was yummy too!

Early check-in was appreciated after a long flight, and the well-equipped kitchenette. The Grab & Go breakfast was convenient, and the location near numerous restaurants offered easy dining options without braving the rain. The cleanliness of the apartment also stood out, with housekeeping maintaining high standards throughout our visit.

The stylish décor featured modern geometric patterns that felt fresh and inviting, with easy access to restaurants and shops nearby-a good treat for a senior traveler like myself.

More comfortable seating in common areas would help.

The culinary scene is lit! Grabbed some glazed cakes that were pure magic at the Corn Exchange, just steps away. The free croissant each morning is a cheeky delight, and the location makes it easy to hit up local spots like Gino D'Acampo right next door. Plus, the shower is great!

While the heating went full blast, it was like the tropics, and the air con wasn't doing its job.

Beautiful suite, but the wi-fi was a bit spotty .

The room was spacious and modern, which I really appreciated. The beds were super comfy, and I loved having a heated bathroom floor-such a nice touch! The rain shower was great, and everything was super clean. I did notice the air conditioning wasn't the best. It got a bit loud at night. But overall, the vibe was really nice.
